Terminology
Keyword: A WORD assigned to your business that your clients TEXT to a shortcode that captures their mobile number and stores it in a database for future use. (ie Text Discovery to 28748)
Push Offer: A mobile offer that is sent out to your database of mobile numbers. May include numbers captured via keyword or exported from your current customer database.
Coupon: A mobile interactive coupon, unique to each customers phone that allows you to track which clients redeem your offers.
Splash Page: A single mobile-friendly page designed with a few graphics and some wording to promote a product or service.
Virtual Punch Card: Think of a loyalty program, most often used with paper business cards, where you receive something for free after a certain number of purchases. Same, except this is done via our mobile platform.
Scratch-Off: Just as it sounds, believe it or not! Our mobile software can turn a smartphone into a scratch-off card. You have to see it to believe it!
