Terminology
Keyword: A WORD assigned to your dealership that your clients TEXT to a shortcode (we use 71441 & 40691) that captures their mobile number and stores it in a database for future use.
Blast: A mobile offer that is sent via TEXT to your database of mobile numbers. May include numbers captured via keyword or exported from your current customer database.
Coupon: A mobile interactive coupon, unique to each customers phone that allows you to track which clients redeem your sales or service offers.
Landing Page: A single mobile-friendly page designed with a few graphics and some wording to promote your current sale. Think of it as a digital flyer.
